Hi! If you don’t know me, I’m Lisa. And, I have been there – not knowing what I wanted to do with my life. I felt like I didn’t have any passions or even a purpose (after my kids grew up).
Because I experienced the lasting effects and transformation of mindfulness practices, I am passionate about helping others find their own sense of peace.
I teach simple, easy-to-implement, and proven strategies, tools, and methods to help women seeking happiness, meaning, and peace in their middle years. My programs follow the “be-do-have” model for reaching your goals and living the life you truly want to live.
