Want to beat the blahs?

I’ve heard from so many midlife women that this stage of life is kind of blah. We’re going about our day-to-day life on autopilot. Letting life happen TO us.

And sometimes we even feel like the best of life could be behind us.

But we also know that we DON’T WANT that to be the case.

We feel something inside of us that is pulling us towards more, but so many things hold us back.

  • What will other people think if I make a change?
  • I’m too old to do something different now.
  • I don’t even know what I would do to make my life more interesting.
  • I don’t have a purpose anymore.
  • What if I try something new and it doesn’t work out?

Most of the things that hold us back are related to FEAR. 😩

Hi! If you don’t know me, I’m Lisa.  And, I have been there – not knowing what I wanted to do with my life. I felt like I didn’t have any passions or even a purpose (after my kids grew up). And, just feeling “meh” about life. I didn’t want that to be me forever though.

Because I experienced the lasting effects and transformation of mindfulness practices, I am passionate about helping others find their own sense of peace.

I teach simple, easy-to-implement, and proven strategies, tools, and methods to help women seeking happiness, meaning, and peace in their middle years. My programs follow the “be-do-have” model for reaching your goals and living the life you truly want to live.
