Hi, I’m Lisa and MINDFULNESS has helped me SO much that I decided to help others learn more about mindfulness and implement super simple things into their daily lives so that they can see the same life transformations that I have seen!
I am now:
Less likely to snap at people.
Able to let things go.
Less likely to judge and criticize myself (and others).
Aware of my perfectionist tendencies and am better able to say “DONE IS BETTER THAN PERFECT.”
Able to notice my fears, accept them, but also to move forward ANYWAY!!
