Hi, I’m Lisa and MINDFULNESS has helped me SO much that I decided to help others learn more about mindfulness and implement super simple things into their daily lives so that they can see the same life transformations that I have seen!
I am now:
- Less likely to snap at people.
- Able to let things go.
- Less likely to judge and criticize myself (and others).
- Aware of my perfectionist tendencies and am better able to say “DONE IS BETTER THAN PERFECT.”
- Able to notice my fears, accept them, but also to move forward ANYWAY!!
